Himalayan Sculpture of The 1000 Arm Chenrezig
We have sculptured the body of 1000 Armed Chenrezig Bodhisattva using traditional handcrafted methods, which have been perfected by our master craftsmen. This particular statue was molded using a copper body and then gilded with 24k genuine gold. The statue depicts the deity standing atop a lotus throne with his two forearms clasped together. In the same way, he places a high value on Bodhicitta, or unconditional love for all sentient creatures. The halo that covers the deity is beautifully painted in various colors of acrylic paint. Each of his 1000 hands has an eye in the center of the palm, representing not only his ability to see the torment all sentient beings endure but also the 1000 Buddhas of our eon.
For a practitioner like you, the 1000-armed Chenrezig sculpture will be the ideal gift from Nepal.
