Guru Rinpoche (Precious Guru) was a tantric Buddhist Master who taught Vajrayana in Tibet. In this depiction of Guru Padmasambhava is seen sitting on a moon disc lotus seat, holding a vajra with his right hand, and his left hand rests in the gesture of equanimity holding a skull-cup brimming with nectar, containing the vase of longevity that is also filled with the nectar of deathless wisdom. He looks down with a piercing gaze. Cradled in his left arm, he holds the three-pointed Khatvanga. The statue is 26.3 inches and weighs 15.80 kg.
