Handcrafted Buddhist Statue | Afterlife Guardian Kshitigarbha
The Afterlife Guardian Kshitigarbha statue is 6.01 kg in weight and is 15.4 inches (39 cm) in height with a base width of 12.6 inches (32 cm). The statue has three layers of 24K gold gilding and a high 3D embossed carving of a copper body. He is holding a Cintamani, a wish-fulfilling diamond, in his other hand, which symbolizes his capacity to remove ignorance and darkness and grant the wishes of people in need.
Kshitigarbha is depicted sitting on a lotus, which stands for spiritual purity. Kshitigarbha is also depicted with a crown like Vairocana's. He is a highly adored deity in prayers for guidance and protection in the afterlife because of his calm and friendly personality, which embodies both wisdom and compassion.
