Bodhisattva Amitayus Hayagriva Gold Gilded Statue
The Amitayus Hayagriva Statue was expertly hand-carved in Nepal at our studio in the traditional Himalayan manner. We created a figurine with a body made entirely of pure copper and gilded in 24k real gold. Here the deity is portrayed with a serene expression, holding an alms bowl while perched on a moon disc lotus seat. We guarantee that the statue's materials are of the most excellent quality and last very long. The crown and the body ornaments are adorned with precious gemstones. The gold gilding gives the statue a magnificent shine. The elaborate artistic patterns were hand-carved using a hammer and tiny chisels.
This figure may be used for a variety of Buddhist rituals as well as daily exercises like yoga and meditation.

Amitayus, of the Aparimitagunasamchaya or Amitavyhavat pure world, is usually shown in his apparitional buddha form (sambhogakaya), red in color, wearing a crown and jewels, and holding a long-life vase over two hands in a meditation gesture. A Buddha is said to have three bodies in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition: a form body (nirmanakaya), an apparitional body (sambhogakaya), and an ultimate truth body (sambhogakaya) (dharmakaya).
