Tibetan Hand-Carved Amitayus Sadhana Practice Statue
In our studio in Nepal, the Amitayus Sadhana Practice Statue was beautifully hand-carved in the traditional Himalayan style. We built a figurine with a copper body that is covered in 24 karat genuine gold gilding. The deity is seen here sitting on a moon disc lotus seat with a calm countenance and holding an alms bowl. We assure you that the statue's materials are of the highest caliber and will endure a very long time. Precious stones are used to embellish the crown and the body jewelry. The statue has a wonderful luster thanks to the gold gilding. A hammer and small chisels were used to manually carve the intricate artistic designs. Artists must have years of skill since delicate carvings require them to carve out elaborate designs on a small surface. The statue weighs about 10.74 kg and it took us months and months of hard work and dedication to complete.
This figurine of Buddha Amitayus will be a perfect gift from Nepal to a devotee like you that will aid you in your practices and regular activities such as meditation and yoga.

Amitayus, of the Aparimitagunasamchaya or Amitavyhavat pure world, is usually shown in his apparitional buddha form (sambhogakaya), red in color, wearing a crown and jewels, and holding a long-life vase over two hands in a meditation gesture. A Buddha is said to have three bodies in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition: a form body (nirmanakaya), an apparitional body (sambhogakaya), and an ultimate truth body (sambhogakaya) (dharmakaya).
