Traditionally Handcrafted Bhaiṣajyaguru Sculpture
We sculpted the Medicine Buddha Statue, also known as Bhaiṣajyaguru, in an oxidized copper body that took our artists months to bring this statue to life. The statue depicts the medicine buddha seated upon a moon disc lotus with a peaceful and serene expression. The right hand of the deity rests above his knee, holding a myrobalan plant, slightly touching the ground, while the left hand holds a vase containing the long life nectar.
This Medicine Buddha statue is ideal for your shrine and will be the perfect gift for a practitioner like you.

Medicine Buddha, also known as Bhaishajyaguru in Sanskrit, is regarded as the Buddha of Healing. His teachings aim to free sentient beings from sickness, pain, anguish, and unhappiness while also emphasizing the need to acquire prosperity and enjoyment in this life. Many meditators in the Mahayana tradition admire his healing abilities. He is frequently shown with a blue (lapis lazuli) body and hands carrying a begging bowl and medical herbs.
