Traditional Tibetan Healing Bhaisajyaguru Buddha Statue
We are Nepali artists that hand-carved this magnificent Bhaisajyaguru Buddha Statue for Healing using techniques that had been passed down to us through the years. The statue's distinctive design patterns are masterfully etched into its oxidized copper body. The deity is depicted with a contented expression while seated on a moon-shaped lotus seat. He has a myrobalan plant just above the ground in his right hand and an alms bowl in his left hand. We hand-carved elaborate design patterns into the robe with a hammer and chisels.
This statue of Bhaisajyaguru has accurate traditional iconography and fine details and will be a perfect gift to a devotee like you from Nepal.

Medicine Buddha is a Healing deity described as a doctor who cures the suffering of a sentient being. His teachings aim to free sentient beings from sickness, pain, anguish, and unhappiness while emphasizing the need for prosperity and enjoyment in this life. Many meditators in the Mahayana tradition admire his healing abilities. He is frequently shown with a blue (lapis lazuli) body and hands carrying an alms bowl and medical herbs.
