Traditional Statue of Bhaishajyaguru or Medicine Buddha
We have exquisitely hand-carved the statue of Bhaishajyaguru also known as Medicine Buddha in a traditional Himalayan style. We are the artist of Nepal who has been making an ancient Vajrayana statue for many generations, reflecting Buddhism. You can use this statue in your regular meditation or yoga activities, in different Buddhist auspicious ceremonies, and in various indoor purposes. We have depicted a Lapis Lazuli, seated on top of a moon disc lotus seat with a peaceful expression. The magnificent halo, plated with gold illuminates his face while the beautifully designed robe, wrapped from the upper right arm stretched below the knees, engulfs his presence. He holds an alms bowl full of long-life nectar in his left hand while he carries "great medicine," the myrobalan plant in his right hand which is in an earth-touching mudra. We assure you that the materials used in this figurine are of high quality and will last for many years without damage or scratches.

Medicine Buddha, also known as Bhaishajyaguru in Sanskrit, is regarded as the Buddha of Healing. His teachings aim to free sentient beings from sickness, pain, anguish, and unhappiness while also emphasizing the need to acquire prosperity and enjoyment in this life. Many meditators in the Mahayana tradition admire his healing abilities. He is frequently shown with a blue (lapis lazuli) body and hands carrying a begging bowl and medical herbs.
