Artist of Kathmandu valley has sculpted this traditionally hand carved Buddha statue with a pure copper body and plated with 24k gold. He is depicted seated on a moon disc lotus seat with a meditating expression. The artisan of Nepali statue has passed from generation to generation reflecting Buddhism whose art is remarkably valuable.
