Himalayan Art Gold Gilded Chenrezig Tibetan Statue
This traditionally crafted Chenrezig Tibetan Statue was crafted with the skillset passed down from generations while perfecting the art in our studio in Nepal. The statue was carved from a body of pure copper gilded with genuine 24k gold. Also known as Avalokitesvara, "One who looks with the unwavering eye" is the most revered of all Bodhisattva. The deity is depicted sitting atop a moon disc lotus with her two front arms folded together, holding a jewel-draped heart. His upper right-hand holds his special symbol, a crystal rosary, while his left-hand holds a white lotus. We worked tirelessly in our studio for several months to create this magnificent piece of art.
For a practitioner like you, this will be a priceless gift from Nepal, supporting your routine practices.

Chenrezig is the Compassionate Protector of Tibet and the Bodhisattva of Compassion. Tibetan Buddhists see His Holiness the Dalai Lama as the earthly manifestation of this compassion Buddha. Chenrezig tells us that the way to end our suffering is not to run away from our difficulties but to work through them with compassion for ourselves and others and embrace all sentient creatures with our heart's mercy and love.
