Traditionally Hand Carved Buddha Amitabha Statue for Meditation and Ritual
We are Nepali artists who used methods that had been handed down to us over the years to hand-carve Buddhist statues like this exquisite buddha Amitabha statue. The Buddha is seated serenely on a moon disc lotus, portraying the Amitabha Buddha's signature gesture known as the "Dhyan Mudra," while holding an alms bowl in each hand over his lap- this symbolizes his monastic lifestyle. We have used hammers and chisels to hand carve this statue out of oxidized copper with beautifully detailed motifs.
Truly a perfect addition to your Buddhist shrine or can be used as a meditative accompaniment for yourself or for any devotee.
