Traditionally Hand Crafted Green Tara Gold Gilded Sculpture
The Green Tara Gold Sculpture was crafted using ancient Buddhist techniques with design patterns that are exclusively found in Nepal. The flawlessly hand-carved Green Tara was molded from a copper body and gilded with genuine 24k gold over the body. The deity is depicted seated peacefully atop a lotus moon disc lotus as she is beautifully decorated with precious jewel stones over the robes, body ornaments, lotus flower and tiara of the goddess. Her left hand is making the Prithvi Mudra, which symbolizes the fusion of wisdom and compassion, and her right hand is making the gesture of offering sanctuary. The sculpture took months of hard work to carve the design patterns of the statue.
The magnificent Green Tara will be the perfect gift for a practitioner like you from Nepal.

Tara is the savior, the personification of compassion, the one who reaches out and freely replies to everyone who is suffering. Tara is courageous and generous to a fault. Green Tara and White Tara are her most popular incarnations, though she occasionally appears as Red Tara in Dakini form. "Om tare tuttare ture svaha," says Green Tara. White Tara's mantra is "om tare tuttare ture mama ayu Punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha," which means "om tare tuttare ture mama ayu Punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha."
