Traditional Nepal Sculpture of Green Tara
Using a traditional Himalayan sculpting method, we have meticulously hand-carved the Green Tara Sculpture in Traditional Nepal Art. We have depicted the female buddha seated atop the moon disc lotus seat with a tranquil expression atop moon disc lotus seat carrying an utpala (lotus) in her both hands. The body is molded using an oxidized copper body. The hand craving for design patterns on the statue including the crown, utpala, and robe took us more than a month of devotion in our studio. You can use this figurine for different Buddhist Rituals and regular activities such as meditation and yoga.

Green Tara is portrayed as a compassionate being providing comfort and protection from all of the world's suffering. In Buddhism her mantra is "om tare tuttare ture soha" by reciting this mantra, We are not merely asking for Tara's blessings and assistance with our daily lives and "real world" problems. To be freed from the misery of mental delusions and negative emotions, and to achieve the same enlightened body, speech, and mind that Tara represents, not just for our own benefit, but for the benefit of all sentient beings.
