Green Tara Sculpture Traditionally Hand-Carved Statue
We, the artists of Nepal, have traditionally hand-carved the Green Tara Sculpture in our studio in Nepal. The figure is mesmerizingly molded using a copper body and gilded with 24k genuine gold over various parts of the body which symbolizes enlightenment and knowledge. The use of acrylic paint over the body further highlights the intricate design patterns exclusively done in Nepal. The deity is seated upon a moon disc lotus with a serene expression as she holds the stem of a lotus flower in each hand, the lotus flower blooms beside her head as one fully blooms as the other is in half bloom. While precisely embellishing the crown with turquoise and corals, we gently crafted the embellishments with rare stones and gems.
This magnificent sculpture of the Green Tara will be the perfect gift for a practitioner like you from Nepal.

Tara is the savior, the personification of compassion, the one who reaches out and freely replies to everyone who is suffering. Tara is courageous and generous to a fault. Green Tara and White Tara are her most popular incarnations, though she occasionally appears as Red Tara in Dakini form. "Om tare tuttare ture svaha," says Green Tara. White Tara's mantra is "om tare tuttare ture mama ayu Punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha," which means "om tare tuttare ture mama ayu Punya jnana pushtim kuru svaha."
