Traditional Tibetan Healing Buddha Statue
The perfect, detailed patterns on the Healing Buddha Statue were entirely hand-carved in our workshop using traditional Himalayan art. The statue was traditionally molded using oxidized copper and then delicately painted with acrylic paint to enhance the details of the deity. This piece of art has a unique and captivating appearance as it has gold gilding and silver plating. Here the deity is depicted seated on a lotus throne. We have gilded the part of the throne, the edge of the robe, and the lotus seat with genuine 24K gold. The other part of the throne and halo is silver-plated. Here the Buddha's right-hand rests softly on the ground while holding a bowl containing medicine and a Myrobalan plant.
This statue of the healing Buddha has accurate traditional iconography and fine details

Medicine Buddha, also known as Bhaishajyaguru in Sanskrit, is regarded as the Buddha of Healing. His teachings aim to free sentient beings from sickness, pain, anguish, and unhappiness while emphasizing the need for prosperity and enjoyment in this life. Many meditators in the Mahayana tradition admire his healing abilities. He is frequently shown with a blue (lapis lazuli) body and hands carrying a begging bowl and medical herbs.
