Lion Headed Dakini, also a wisdom Simhamukha one, is a fully awakened deity depicted in this statue. Her wrathful face resembles a lion with three furiously glowing round yellow eyes, a gaping mouth, a yellow beard, brows, and hair pouring upward.
A curved knife is lifted in the right hand, while a skull cup of blood is held in the left. On the left shoulder, a khatvanga. The dakini wears a tiger leather as a skirt with a tiara adorned with five skulls, bone jewelry, a long serpent, and a necklace of fifty freshly chopped heads.
