Beautiful Mitrugpa with Upright Vajra | 24K Gold Gilded Copper Statue

Vajrayana artists from Kathmandu Valley, hand-carved the Akshobhya Buddha statue in the traditional Himalayan style. The Akshobhya Buddha is serenely seated atop a moon disc lotus seat in a lotus posture. The lotus motif represents purity, enlightenment, and the triumph of spirit over adversity. He holds a vajra, a ritual item, in his right hand while performing the 'Bhumisparsa mudra,' representing the moment the Buddha attained enlightenment claiming the earth as his witness with his left hand.
