Traditionally Handmade Statue of Precarious Guru Rinpoche
This beautiful statue of Precious Guru Rinpoche is also known as the Guru Padmasambhava. The sculpture is created in our studio, Kathmandu, with the skills passed to us by generations of master sculptors. He is depicted sitting on the moon disc upon Lotus's seat. In his right hand, he holds a vajra, and in his left, a skull cup full of nectar and a trident on his left shoulder. We have used a copper body to sculpt the deity body and gilded part of this sculpture with 24k gold and silver with the perfect combination of acrylic paintings.

Padmasambhava's teachings are claimed to have an oral lineage in Tibetan Buddhism. According to Tibetan Buddhism, are discovered by fortunate beings and tertöns (treasure finders) when the conditions are perfect for their reception. Guru Padmasambhava is also regarded as a Buddha foretold by Buddha Shakyamuni.
