Hand-Crafted Rare Throne Sculpture of Guru Rinpoche
We are the artist of the Kathmandu valley who has finely handmade the sculpture of Guru Rinpoche. This rare artwork consists of the deity seated on a throne. We have molded the body using copper which is later glided with genuine 24K gold. We have hand-craved different design patterns on the robe, lotus hat, and throne. The skillset to crave such a piece of art has been passed down for generations. The use of Acrylic paintings alongside the glided gold makes this statue look stunning. The deity is depicted seated on a lotus throne atop a throne with semi wrathful expression. He holds a vajra in his right hand and a vase in his left hand. To hand crave the design pattern, especially on the throne took months of hard work in our studio. The figurine weighs about 5.5 kg. We assure you that the materials used in this sculpture are of the highest quality and will last for many years.
