Chenrezig, also known as Avalokiteshvara, embodies infinite compassion in Buddhism. We have sculptured him holding a rosary in his upper right hand with a lotus in his upper left. Similarly, we have depicted him holding a wish-fulfilling jewel with his lower hand.
