Traditionally Handcrafted Standing Buddha Statue for Spirituality
Delicately handcrafted in our workshop, the traditional standing Buddha statue is intricately designed with unique Nepali motifs. This piece is hand-carved out of premium oxidized copper, giving it an element of antiquity. The statue is full of intricate details, from the folds of his robe to the elaborate patterns on the pedestal. Here, the Buddha is depicted standing atop a lotus base that is upon a pedestal. He can be seen portraying the "varada mudra," a gesture of charity and compassion, and "abhaya mudra," a gesture of fearlessness and benevolence, with his left and right hand, respectively. We used a hammer and chisels to carefully carve each motif over many months. We can guarantee that the statue was made using only the best materials and will last for a very long time.
This piece is an excellent souvenir for any devotee like yourself and can be used in your daily practices and activities of meditation and yoga.

Siddhartha Gautama was born as the crown prince of the mighty Shakya Kingdom and nurtured to be a king in line with his royal father's aspirations. However, when he was around 29 years old, he learned about people's tremendous pain. He abandoned his palace life and gave up his magnificent robes and gold to uncover the reasons for this anguish and the methods to alleviate it. After nearly six years of study, self-deprivation, and severe concentration, he achieved his aim. He had attained enlightenment (a Buddha). He claimed to have then proceeded to a deer park in Sarnath (Benares), India, on the outskirts of Varanasi.
