Tibetan Sculpture Of Green Tara Devi Buddha
The Green Tara Devi Buddha Statue was expertly hand-carved in Nepalese traditional Himalayan style. Green Tara is perched atop a moon disc lotus seat that is gold-plated. This Buddhist statue was hand painted with acrylic colors on a copper body. We have further gilded the statue using genuine 24K gold. Mother Tara is portrayed holding an utpala with a serene look in both hands. Her left hand is in a gesture of vitarka mudra, while her right hand is in varada mudra. The crown, body ornaments, two loti, robe, and the lotus seat are adorned with precious turquoise and coral.
This classic antique sculpture may be used for various indoor activities, regular meditation or yoga sessions, and many Vajrayana practices.

Green Tara is portrayed as compassionate, providing comfort and protection from the world's suffering. In Buddhism, her mantra is "om tare tuttare ture soha" by reciting this mantra; We are merely asking for Tara's blessings and assistance with our daily lives and "real world" problems. To be freed from the misery of mental delusions and negative emotions, and to achieve the same enlightened body, speech, and mind that Tara represents, not just for our benefit, but for the benefit of all sentient beings.
