The White Tara, the goddess of longevity, has one face, two hands, three eyes on her face, and an eye on each palm of her hands and feet, for a total of seven eyes on this Himalayan art statue. The deity is depicted seated atop a moon disc lotus with a peaceful facial expression holding an utpala step with both her hands. For molding the figurine, we used copper and hand-carved intricate design patterns using a hammer and different chisels. The crown and body ornaments, like necklaces and bracelets, are adorned with precious gemstones.
