Also known as “The Lotus-born,” “Precious Guru” (Guru Rinpoche), or “The Second Buddha,” Padmasambhava is widely credited with bringing Buddhism to the Tibetan lands. ... Padmasambhava is a renowned saint in the spiritual lineage of the Nyingmapa order of Tibetan Buddhism, of which he was the founder and was the most potent apostle of Tantricism.
