Hand-carved Buddhist Vajrayogini Gold Gilded Dakini Statue
The Vajrayogini Gold Gilded Dakini Statue was traditionally hand-carved by the artists of Nepal with intricate design patterns exclusively found in Nepal. The figure was carved using a copper body, gilded with 24k genuine gold and finely painted with acrylic paint to highlight the intricate design patterns carved into the statue. The deity is depicted standing in a dancer-like position above a moon disc lotus as she holds a curved knife with her right hand and drinks from a skull with the other. A fiery halo is also placed on the back of the deity representing the flames of wisdom. The sculpture of the Dakini was magnificently carved in our studio after months of hard work to represent the perfect iconography of the deity.
This Vajrayogini statue will be the perfect gift from Nepal.

Vajrayogin is a generic female yidam, and while she is occasionally depicted simply as Vajrayogin, she is shown in a different form in almost two-thirds of her sadhanas. Vajravarahi and Krodikali are some of her other manifestations. Vajrayogini is a Vajrayana Buddhist meditation deity and a dakini.
